Privacy Policy
Last updated: 2 November 2026
This policy covers the Bluegum City applications that connect to your own Google account (Gmail and Google Calendar). It explains exactly what is accessed, why, and where it goes.
What we access
Only after you sign in with Google and grant permission, and only the scopes you approve:
- Gmail — read your messages, and send or reply to messages on your behalf.
- Google Calendar — read your events and create events on your calendars.
Why we access it
It is used solely to carry out actions you ask for on your own account — for example, finding a message you asked about, or creating an event you described. Nothing else.
Our use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
What we never do
- We do not sell or rent your data, and we do not share it with third parties.
- We do not use it for advertising or profiling.
- We do not use it to train, fine-tune or improve machine-learning models.
- No one reads your mail or calendar content; there is nobody to read it — see below.
Where your data lives
- Your OAuth token is stored locally on your own machine. It is left behind only by removing the application's configuration.
- Mail and calendar content is not retained on any server. It is fetched to your machine, used for the action you requested, and not copied to storage we operate.
- This website sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and makes no third-party requests.
Your control
You can revoke the application's access at any time from your Google Account's permissions page: myaccount.google.com/permissions. Revoking access invalidates the token immediately; the app can no longer reach your Gmail or Calendar. Deleting the app's local configuration removes the stored token from your machine.
Changes
If this policy changes materially, the "last updated" date above changes with it. The current version always lives at this URL.
